Shampooing Experiment

They say that you're not supposed to wash your hair more than a few times a week. I'm going to try this for 2 weeks (through the end of April). We'll see if the flies start buzzing around my head or if I have any friends left by the end of Week 1.

Wait, how does that work if I work out?? Am I supposed to just hang out with a sweaty, oily scalp? I guess this will take careful planning.

Well, the first week, I succeeded in washing it only 3x. But the next week got screwy. If you hit the gym, it definitely takes some planning. I need to get some of that dry shampoo spray for the workout days. I'm currently on my 3rd day of not washing my hair. I woke up with an odd curl in my bangs, but once I ran my straightening iron over it, it's good as new!
